Lets meet not the reel but real superheroes💫 |Deepsikha Roy|

Ever since childhood I am sure each and everyone of us heard about superheroes. Infact I myself always wondered if such super humans really existed. Growing up I realised that bollywood is the place where the  superheroes actually dwells in. My wonders finally turned into reality when i looked at myself and the people around me.

I have a question to ask you. Aren't we all are superheroes? Please. Come on. Each and everybody of us has got so much of potential which is absolutely  nothing less than the wondered heroes. We humans suffer a lot everyday. How come one store so much of emotions within? How come one nurture so much of pressure, anxiety and frustration in a single chamber of mind. Each and every second there are millions of thoughts crossing over our subconscious mind and still our mind has the capability to store another set of million thoughts. Take a minute to realise this. The moment you realise, you too will consider yourself a superhero.

Our brain anonymously performs so much for us without any expectations. But it is high time now. We must realise the importance of our mind and just spend 15 minutes of everyday to feed it, to calm it, and to make it aloof from the external world.

The greatest medicine to our mind is meditation. It is that one moment in our day where we divest ourselves of all material conditions and feel our divine nature. Lets take  just fifteen minutes of everyday to get rid of all the external affairs of life and let your soul speak to yourself.

There are three stages of meditation:

DHARANA: concentrating the mind upon an object, but the mind is wavering. When it has become strong and doesnot waver so much, it is called DHYANA, or meditation. And then there is still a higher stage called when the differentiation between the object and yourself is lost, called SAMADHI, or absorption.

Okay. Enough of spiritual words. Lets get little practical now. Do you sometimes experience that your mind is creating unnecessary thoughts? It is creating inner disturbance? Or it is not under your control? A normal person's mind is scattered on different objects and at the time of meditation too it will waver. But whatever arises in your mind, you have to sit calm and face it. By continuously doing that way you will finally get rid of all external thought waves.

Persevere through thik and thin. Never miss a day in practice. At first there will be a lot of thoughts coming up. This is the hardest period to fight against the unnecessary emotions, but hold fast; in the end the gain is sure if you have patience.
